You can reach Minamisenju station by taking railway ,JR Joban Line, Tsukuba Express or Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.

Exit west. (Refer the picture of step 1)

Exit ticket gate and turn left.
<Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line>
Exit south. (and jump to step 4)
Go straight along the overpass.
Turn left at the first intersection.
You can find steps or a slope of a bridge. Cross the bridge.
After crossing the bridge, go straight to south. You can see TOKYO SKY TREE from the halfway of the bridge.
Go straight about 250m to south. You arrive at the Namidabashi crossing.
Go straight about 100m from the Namidabashi crossing, you can find Palace Japan!
